Why did you Choose NC State:
I chose NC State because I absolutely fell in love with the Paper Science program and after getting the Paper Science Scholarship it solidified my decision.
What activities did you participate in during high school? What was you favorite and why?
I played football (team captain this year), threw the discus for the track and field team, Co-Founder of the Interact club, FCA participant, National Honors Society member, as well as holding jobs as a lifeguard and family/sports department employee at the YMCA
What are you most excited about as you head to NC State?
I am most excited to meet new friends and taking the first steps in achieving my long time goal of being an engineer.
What would people be surprised to know about you?
I love Country Music from old to new.
What are you going to miss or not miss from home?
I am going to miss my hometown/school family and friends but I will not miss the long drive to school.
